Screening\uff09\u3002PGS\u662f\u65e7\u672f\u8bed\uff0c\u4e0ePGT-A\u6d4b\u8bd5\u5927\u81f4\u76f8\u540c\u3002PGT\u662f\u4e00\u79cd\u68c0\u6d4b\u80da\u80ce\u5728\u79fb\u690d\u5230\u4ee3\u5b55\u6bcd\u4eb2\u5b50\u5bab\u524d\u662f\u5426\u5b58\u5728\u9057\u4f20\u5f02\u5e38\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3002PGT\u6709\u51e0\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\uff0c\u4f46PGT-A\u662f\u6700\u5e38\u89c1\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3002\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4e2d\u7684\u201cA\u201d\u4ee3\u8868<em>\u975e\u6574\u500d\u4f53<\/em>\uff08Aneuploidy\uff09\uff0c\u610f\u601d\u662f\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\u6709\u8fc7\u591a\u6216\u8fc7\u5c11\u7684\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u3002\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u662f\u6d53\u7f29\u7684DNA\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u5305\u542b\u6b63\u5e38\u751f\u957f\u548c\u53d1\u80b2\u6240\u9700\u7684\u4fe1\u606f\u3002\u5728\u4eba\u7c7b\u7ec6\u80de\u4e2d\uff08\u9664\u5375\u7ec6\u80de\u3001\u7cbe\u5b50\u548c\u5c11\u6570\u7279\u5316\u7ec6\u80de\u5916\uff09\uff0c\u603b\u5171\u670946\u6761\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\uff0c\u537323\u5bf9\u76f8\u4f3c\u7684\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\uff0c\u4e00\u5bf9\u6765\u81ea\u6bcd\u4eb2\uff0c\u4e00\u5bf9\u6765\u81ea\u7236\u4eb2\u3002<\/p>\n<figure href=\"https:\/\/bionumbers.hms.harvard.edu\/bionumber.aspx?id=106413&#038;ver=4\">\u65b0\u751f\u513f<\/a>\u3002\u5373\u4f7f\u80da\u80ce\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u7ec6\u80de\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u6570\u91cf\u5f02\u5e38\uff0c\u6700\u7ec8\u7684\u5a74\u513f\u4e5f\u4f1a\u6709\u6570\u5341\u4ebf\u4e2a\u5f02\u5e38\u7ec6\u80de\u3002\u5728\u5927\u591a\u6570\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\uff0c\u80da\u80ce\u4e2d\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7ec6\u80de\u90fd\u6709\u76f8\u540c\u6570\u91cf\u7684\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u5b83\u4eec\u90fd\u8d77\u6e90\u4e8e\u4e00\u4e2a\u53d7\u7cbe\u7ec6\u80de\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u4e9b\u4e3b\u8981\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/books\/NBK132134\">\u7531\u975e\u6574\u500d\u4f53\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\u9057\u4f20\u75be\u75c5<\/a>\uff08\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u6570\u91cf\u5f02\u5e38\uff09\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5e15\u9676\u7efc\u5408\u75c7\uff0813\u53f7\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u4e09\u4f53\uff09 \u6709\u4e09\u676121\u53f7\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u7279\u7eb3\u7efc\u5408\u75c7\uff0845, X\uff09 &#8211; \u53ea\u67091\u6761X\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u901a\u5e38\u76842\u6761X\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u62161\u6761X\u548c1\u6761Y\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u514b\u6c0f\u7efc\u5408\u75c7\uff0847, XXX\uff09 &#8211; \u6709\u4e09\u6761X\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u901a\u5e38\u76842\u6761\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PGT-A\u901a\u8fc7<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hfea.gov.uk\/treatments\/explore-all-treatments\/frequently-asked-questions-about-pre-implantation-genetic-testing-for-aneuploidy-pgt-a\/\">\u53d6\u6837\u80da\u80ce\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u7ec6\u80de\u5e76\u68c0\u67e5\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u67d3\u8272\u4f53<\/a>\u6765\u68c0\u6d4b\u8fd9\u79cd\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u5f02\u5e38\u3002\u5982\u679c\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u6570\u91cf\u5f02\u5e38\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u8981\u653e\u5f03\u8be5\u80da\u80ce\u3002\u901a\u5e38\uff0c\u58a8\u897f\u54e5\u7684\u8bca\u6240\u4f1a\u5c06\u7ec6\u80de\u6837\u672c\u53d1\u9001\u5230\u7f8e\u56fd\u7684\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u8fdb\u884c\u8fd9\u79cd\u6d4b\u8bd5\uff0c\u7ed3\u679c\u53ef\u80fd\u9700\u89813\u52304\u5468\u624d\u80fd\u8fd4\u56de\u3002<br \/>\nPGT-A\u901a\u5e38\u9700\u8981\u51c6\u7236\u6bcd\u652f\u4ed8\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u4ee3\u5b55\u4e2d\u4ecb\u4f1a\u5c06\u5176\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53ef\u9009\u9879\uff0c\u5e76\u4e3a\u6bcf\u4e2a\u80da\u80ce\u6536\u53d6\u5927\u7ea6350\u7f8e\u5143\u5230700\u7f8e\u5143\u7684\u989d\u5916\u8d39\u7528\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0cPGT-A\u5e76\u4e0d\u662f\u6240\u6709\u6f5c\u5728\u9057\u4f20\u75be\u75c5\u7684\u4e07\u80fd\u836f\u3002\u8bf7\u8003\u8651\u8fd9\u4e9b<a href=\"https:\/\/regionalfertilityprogram.ca\/ivficsi-program\/ivf-2\/pgt-a\/\">\u9650\u5236<\/a>\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u7ed3\u679c\u4e0d\u51c6\u786e<\/strong>\uff1a\u548c\u6240\u6709\u5b9e\u9a8c\u5ba4\u6d4b\u8bd5\u4e00\u6837\uff0cPGT-A\u5e76\u975e\u603b\u662f100%\u51c6\u786e\u3002\u5b83\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u4ea7\u751f\u5047\u9633\u6027\u6216\u5047\u9634\u6027\u3002\u5982\u679c\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7ed3\u679c\u9519\u8bef\uff0c\u4f60\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u653e\u5f03\u672c\u53ef\u4ee5\u6b63\u5e38\u53d1\u80b2\u7684\u80da\u80ce\uff0c\u6216\u8005\u9009\u62e9\u5177\u6709\u672a\u53d1\u73b0\u9057\u4f20\u95ee\u9898\u7684\u80da\u80ce\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5d4c\u5408\u4f53\u73b0\u8c61<\/strong>\uff1aPGT-A\u53ef\u80fd\u65e0\u6cd5\u4e00\u81f4\u5730\u68c0\u6d4b\u5230\u5d4c\u5408\u4f53\u73b0\u8c61\uff0c\u5373\u540c\u4e00\u4e2a\u80da\u80ce\u5185\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u9057\u4f20\u7279\u5f81\u3002\u8fd9\u79cd\u4e0d\u4e00\u81f4\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u5bf9\u80da\u80ce\u5065\u5eb7\u72b6\u51b5\u7684\u8bef\u5224\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u53d6\u6837\u8bef\u5dee<\/strong>\uff1aPGT-A\u7684\u6d3b\u68c0\u7a0b\u5e8f\u6d89\u53ca\u5728\u56ca\u80da\u9636\u6bb5\u4ece\u80da\u80ce\u5916\u5c42\u63d0\u53d6\u51e0\u4e2a\u7ec6\u80de\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u65e0\u6cd5\u51c6\u786e\u4ee3\u8868\u6574\u4e2a\u80da\u80ce\u3002\u8fd9\u662f\u56e0\u4e3a\u80da\u80ce\u4e2d\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u7ec6\u80de\u53ef\u80fd\u5177\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u9057\u4f20\u6784\u6210\uff08\u5982\u4e0a\u6240\u8ff0\u7684\u5d4c\u5408\u4f53\u73b0\u8c61\uff09\uff0c\u8fd9\u4f1a\u5bfc\u81f4\u8bef\u5bfc\u6027\u7684\u6d4b\u8bd5\u7ed3\u679c\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u65e0\u6cd5\u68c0\u6d4b\u6240\u6709\u9057\u4f20\u5f02\u5e38<\/strong>\uff1a\u867d\u7136PGT-A\u8bc4\u4f30\u7684\u662f\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u7684\u6570\u91cf\uff0c\u4f46\u5373\u4f7f\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u6570\u91cf\u6b63\u5e38\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u5b58\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u9057\u4f20\u5f02\u5e38\u3002PGT-A\u65e0\u6cd5\u68c0\u6d4b\u5927\u591a\u6570\u5355\u57fa\u56e0\u75be\u75c5\uff08\u5373\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u57fa\u56e0\u5f02\u5e38\uff09\u548c\u7ed3\u6784\u6027\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u5f02\u5e38\uff08\u5373\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\u7f3a\u5931\u6216\u5f02\u5e38\uff09\u3002\u5176\u4ed6\u9057\u4f20\u6d4b\u8bd5\u53ef\u4ee5\u68c0\u6d4b\u8fd9\u4e9b\u7c7b\u578b\u7684\u5f02\u5e38\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982PGT-M\uff08\u7528\u4e8e\u5355\u57fa\u56e0\u75be\u75c5\uff09\u548cPGT-SR\uff08\u7528\u4e8e\u7ed3\u6784\u91cd\u6392\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u5bf9\u80da\u80ce\u7684\u5f71\u54cd<\/strong>\uff1aPGT-A\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6d3b\u68c0\u5f15\u5165\u4e86\u5bf9\u80da\u80ce\u7684\u8f7b\u5fae\u98ce\u9669\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f1a\u635f\u5bb3\u5176\u6210\u529f\u690d\u5165\u548c\u751f\u957f\u7684\u80fd\u529b\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u8bb8\u591a\u51c6\u7236\u6bcd\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u6211\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u9009\u62e9\u4f7f\u7528PGT-A\u5bf9\u80da\u80ce\u8fdb\u884c\u6d4b\u8bd5\u3002\u67d3\u8272\u4f53\u5f02\u5e38\u662f\u5bfc\u81f4<a
